Our Home care services consists of medical and health-related services provided to individuals in their own residences to maintain independence and health. These services are regulated by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and the Department of Human Services (DHS). We provide both Basic and Comprehensive home care which are explained as follows:

• Basic Home Care (Non-Medical):
  • Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility. General hygiene.
  • Instrumental Activities (IADLs): Assistance with meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping.Wellness: Medication reminders and standby assistance.
  • Comprehensive Home Care (Medical):
    • Includes all Basic services plus:
      • Skilled Nursing: Wound care, injections, and medical monitoring.
      • Delegated Tasks: Medical actions performed by unlicensed staff under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
